H3 Life Plan was born out of the need for me to improve upon my health and happiness.  I must admit, I have struggled with my own health and happiness but I am on the way to recovery. Good health is a process and I am excited about being able to help others on their journey.  We all experience detours and roadblocks but there is a way around them, sometimes we just need a guided route.

With 20+ years in the medical field and now an advanced education as a Health Coach I have developed the tools to help people re-think their relationship with food, nutrition, and wellness.  It is very rewarding to help people transform their lives.

Health and happiness doesn’t mean eating “cardboard”, unless you like cardboard.  And it doesn’t have to mean a number on the scale.  To me it means, you are able to do what you want to do when you want to do it.  If you can’t do whatever that is then we need to figure out how to make that possible.

The first hurdle for me was my food sensitivities.  I didn’t want to be sensitive to gluten but I was and I had to find the happy medium for me.  You might catch me to this day saying to myself “is it really worth feeling like crap for”.  Meaning is that bagel, that I want so bad, worth feeling like crap for?
